Ryan Richards, DDS
Dr. Richards grew up in rural upstate New York where academics and athletics were a major part of his adolescence. He was a three-sport athlete and captain of his high school football and baseball team. He attended St. John Fisher College in Rochester NY where he received a bachelor’s in mathematics and physics and went on to receive his dental education at NYU College of Dentistry. He then completed his rigorous four year residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson NJ and the VA Medical Center in East Orange, where he served as Chief Resident during his final year. Dr. Richards then completed a highly sought after 1 year CODA accredited fellowship in Facial Cosmetic Surgery where he completed over 200 cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.
Dr. Richards is highly trained in all aspects of oral, maxillofacial and cosmetic surgery. He understands the apprehension associated with surgery and his ultimate priority is to put his patients at ease and ensuring their complete comfort. He looks forward to working with the team at Marlboro Center for Oral Surgery & Dental Implantology to provide his patient’s the best possible oral surgery experience.
Dr. Richards is an avid fan of New York professional sports (NY Yankees, Knicks and Giants) and in his spare time enjoys watching them. He also enjoys golfing, professional sports and snowboarding.
